Kevin Caporiccio is my guest on this episode.  He is an amateur bodybuilder who is working towards getting his pro card.  Kevin tells us what it's like to be a bodybuilder, doing shows, and the level of intensity for his workouts and nutrition plan.  We also discuss the importance of the mind muscle connection when it comes to training.  He also revealed that during the offseason he consumes 6,000 Calories a day for a bulk!
